Clear, straightforward terms for shopping with Groovy Gift.
Last updated: 16 October 2026. Groovy Gift is owned and operated by FastForm 3D. These terms apply when you use groovygift.co.uk or place an order with us.
These Terms & Conditions explain who we are, how orders are placed and fulfilled, and the rights and responsibilities that apply when you shop with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights available to you as a consumer under UK law.
Groovy Gift is owned and operated by FastForm 3D. We design and manufacture practical home products and accessories, including solutions for acoustic slat wall panels. Many products are made to order in the UK using professional 3D-printing and precision-manufacturing processes.
You can contact us through our Contact page. Please include your order number where relevant so we can help quickly.
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph each product accurately. Screen settings, materials and the made-to-order nature of some products can result in small differences in colour, texture or finish. These minor variations are not normally faults.
Product dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise. We may improve or update a design provided this does not materially reduce its quality, appearance or function.
You are responsible for checking the measurements, product option, colour and compatibility before ordering. Panel manufacturers’ stated dimensions can vary, so for acoustic-panel products we recommend measuring the actual gap between the slats.
Any fitting recommendation we give is based on the photographs, dimensions and information you provide. Please follow the supplied instructions and use suitable fixings where required. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering or seek help from a suitably qualified installer.
Prices are shown on the website in the currency displayed at checkout. The total price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order.
Payment is taken using the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full payment-card details. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin production or dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not possible, the order appears fraudulent, or there is a material error in the product information or price. If payment has already been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Many of our products are manufactured after an order is placed. Products made to your specific measurements, personalised for you or otherwise created to your individual specification may not qualify for the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
Standard products that are simply made after ordering are treated in accordance with your statutory rights. Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the website or at checkout. They are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, with available services shown at checkout.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or local handling fees.
If delivery is delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you where practical and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product and the reason for the return. Standard, non-customised goods bought online will normally have the cancellation rights provided by UK consumer law. Personalised products and goods made to your specification may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service because we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit or sent with insufficient postage. Replacement made-to-order items require a short production lead time.
International returns and exchanges may be restricted because of shipping, customs and tariff costs, but this does not remove any mandatory legal rights that apply to faulty or misdescribed goods. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy before sending anything back.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, with photographs where helpful. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in line with your legal rights.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer-protection law.
Products must be used for their intended purpose and installed in accordance with the listing and any supplied instructions. Check that the wall, panel, surface and fixings are suitable for the intended load. Keep small parts away from children and pets where appropriate.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unsuitable installation, exceeding stated load limits, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow instructions. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.
Unless stated otherwise, the designs, product photographs, written content, branding and other material on this website belong to Groovy Gift, FastForm 3D or their licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured from or used commercially without prior written permission.
We use personal information to process orders, provide customer service and operate the website. Details are explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Use the form on our Contact page and include your order number, photographs and measurements where relevant.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order. Any new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. If you live outside the UK, any mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected where the law requires.
