How long does my order take to be made and dispatched?
All items are made to order. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, depending on demand and stock levels. If you need something urgently, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
What delivery service do you use?
We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail. Delivery options are available at checkout, including express services where applicable.
Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally vary during busy periods, public holidays or adverse weather conditions.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch. We will investigate with Royal Mail and keep you updated throughout the process.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Panel dimensions can vary, so a quick measurement before ordering gives the best result.
What size should I order for my wall panels?
Panel manufacturers’ stated dimensions are not always exact, so we recommend measuring the gap between your slats using a ruler or tape measure held flat against the panel.
If you are unsure, send us a clear photo of your measurement and we will be happy to recommend the most suitable size.
Do the products require drilling or screws?
It depends on the product. Most of our acoustic panel accessories are completely no-drill and simply push fit into compatible felt-backed slat wall panels.
Where drilling or fixings are required, this will always be clearly stated within the product listing.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
No problem. Contact us with a photo and your measurements so we can help check the fit. If the size is not quite right, we are happy to help arrange an exchange for a different standard size where appropriate.
Are the acoustic panel products compatible with all panels?
Our designs work best with felt-backed slat wall panels where the felt is securely fixed to the wooden slats. Panels mounted on battens, panels with loose felt, or unusual slat profiles may affect how snug the fit is.

Yes. We are happy to help with custom sizes, design tweaks or colours where possible. Send us a message with what you are looking for before ordering so we can confirm what is practical.

Yes. Every Groovy Gift product is exclusively designed in-house. We carefully prototype, test and refine each design before it becomes available, ensuring it meets our standards for quality, functionality and ease of use.
